Our Studios
KS Dance Studio was founded in February 2011 by Karm-Syndia Augustin in the greater Boston area. In September 2021, we opened our second location in Taunton MA. For over a decade, our studio has been a pillar in the Boston community. With an extensive presence at cultural events, our students consistently continue to leave a positive impression on people's hearts.
KS Dance Studio offers a variety of dance classes such as Ballet, Hip Hop, Afrobeats, Haitian Folklore, Liturgical, Lyrical, Contemporary and Kreyol Zumba. The classes are open to all ages at all levels of experiences. An annual theatrical show is presented every year: Magical Garden (2012), The Colors of the Rainbow (2014), Cinderella (2016), Aladdin (2017) and Genesis, The Journey from Hispaniola to Haiti (2018- 2023).
We take pride in promoting diversity in the arts, cultural appreciation and affordable access to dance. Our acclaimed and multi-faceted performances have made us a leader in our field.

Karm-Syndia A.
Karm-Syndia is a professional dancer, choreographer, dance instructor and dance award recipient. She studied Haitian Folklore, Hip Hop and Jazz at Joelle Donatien-Belot Ecole de Dance in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. After moving to the United States in 2009, she continued her dance studies in Modern, Contemporary and Ballet at Pine Manor College where she graduated with a minor in dance. Karm-Syndia was also a member of the Dance Ensemble, the Pine Manor College dance team.
Over the years Karm-Syndia has made a name for herself in the dance industry performing at prestigious events such as the Haiti Movie Awards, community events, choreographing for musical artists videos (Disip, Darline Desca, Carolina Marius).
